SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICY

Here at SELIGS POKEMART, we pride ourselves in providing that extra piece of mind to each of our customers! That’s why we go the extra mile to ensure that no corners are cut during the packaging/fulfillment process. That way your package arrives safe and sound at your door step! Not only do we ship safely but we also ship with haste as well. We ship out orders Monday-Friday. Most in stock orders placed will be fulfilled & shipped with in 1-3 business days.

 We try our best to have preorder products shipped by release day however currently (2025), with the high demand our distributors have been experiencing increased delays leading to new product releases arriving later than expected. These delays are completely out of our control, we ask that you  give us 1-2 business days grace period after the release date before inquiring about your shipping status as in most cases these delays are very minor and increased email volume can end up causing further delays. (this excludes the weekends.) In the event that delays are longer than 1-2 business days we will reach out through email to communicate these delays. This is to ensure smoother operation to provide the overall, best customer experience as possible.

If your order is flagged as high risk we will not fulfill that order and it will be cancelled. If your order is flagged as medium risk and we don’t catch any suspicious behavior you may be asked to confirm your identity through email. We value our customers online safety & privacy so please understand that seligspokemart@yahoo.com is the email we solely handle sensitive business manners with, Do Not trust any other email address asking for personal information as they are likely impersonating us and could be a part of a fishing scam. 

 We apologize for any inconvenience but with fraud being so high these are the actions we have been forced to take. Please Note that shipping times are approximate and have no control over delays caused by the shipping carrier. Once your package is marked as delivered, we are no longer responsible for that package. It is the buyers responsibility to arrange safe keeping at the time of delivery. Please ensure that if your are in a neighborhood where package theft is a problem to arrange safe keeping of the package once delivered. If you need to postpone a order from being shipped due to any circumstance please reach us via email at seligspokemart@yahoo.com

ANY Additional shipping  fees/charges due to incorrect info provided by the customer or the inability for ups or usps to deliver a package for any reason is the customers responsibility. If usps or ups charges us due to having to return that package to sender due to any reason above. All Fees/charges will be taken out of the refund if a package is returned to sender and customer does not wish to pay to re ship that package. Original shipping charge is not refundable.
