Refund policy

CANCELLATIONS:

All cancellation requests are subject to a cancellation fee of 8%. (No matter when the order was placed)

Why is there a fee associated with cancelling an order? 

If it were up to us, there would be no fee however it’s not that simple. Once a customer places an order we get charged a transaction fee. When a customer cancels an order, that fee has already been charged. We do not get that money back. With that said please be sure of what you want to purchase to prevent any unwanted cancellation fees.

 

RETURNS:

All product is brand new & factory sealed direct from authorized pokemon distributors. In order to maintain the integrity of our inventory, we do not accept returns of any trading card games.

Any issues related to mispacks, misprints or other manufacturing issues must be resolved by contacting the Pokemon Company directly.


We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your eligible item(s) to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at seligspokemart@yahoo.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping information, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The Customer is responsible for shipping cost associated with the return as well as proper packaging to ensure the safe arrival of the returned product. Failure to properly package the product may result in rejection of the return.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as products containing trading cards,  mystery boxes and online tcg codes. Many trading card products are not returnable due to the nature of the product so if you have any questions about what can and can’t be accepted, please feel free to reach out to us. 

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or no. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee which will be automatically deducted from the refund amount. Shipping cost are non-refundable.
